Meet the Team
Meet Katrina Kowalski, CPA
Partner/Owner
After experiencing her husband going through an IRS audit, Katrina decided to use her accounting degree to become a CPA to help individuals and small business owners understand how their taxes affect them at all times of their lives. From starting a family to starting a business all the way up to retirement, Katrina likes to work with individuals that want more than a tax preparer.
Katrina has been licensed as a certified public accountant since 2009. She is a Double Falcon, having received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and her Master’s Degree in Accounting Information Systems from Bentley University. Katrina is co-leader of the Portsmouth, NH chapter of the Women’s Business League, serves as Treasurer for the non-profit Soul Models, and is active in the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
Katrina lives with her husband, her two daughters, and their yellow lab named DJ. She loves a great book suggestion, cross stitching, and hanging out on Merrymeeting Lake with her family in the summer.

Meet Emily C. Roster, CPA
Partner/Owner
Emily has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1999. She brings over 24 years of public accounting experience to the firm, providing tax and accounting services to small businesses and individuals.
She provides accounting, tax, and management advisory services to various industries, including contractors, not-for-profit, and real estate development. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Taxation from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
Emily is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NH Society of Certified Public Accountants.
When not working, Emily enjoys many hobbies, including reading, exercising, and traveling throughout New England.
